Have a question about your Big Deal trailer? Tell us what happened and we will help you identify the next step.
Big Deal trailers have a 5-year structural warranty on the frame. For help with a structural concern, include the trailer model, VIN, and a description of the issue.
Components carry their manufacturers' warranties. Include the brand and part or serial number, if available, so we can help identify the applicable coverage.
Need help with a trailer light? Tell us which light is affected, where it is mounted, and whether other lights are working.
Use this form to ask about coverage, request a copy of the warranty that applies to your trailer, or report a concern. Your selling dealer can also help.
Non-transferable. This warranty applies only to the original retail owner and ends when the trailer is sold or ownership is transferred.
